CELEBRATING THE RETURN OF THE SUN

Many souls have forgotten their spirit identity.  With the Sun welcoming us to a new birth and seeds quickening to life all over Mother Earth, may we open our hearts to each other and embrace the Light.

Love is quickening Nature and may it do the same for humanity.  The Radiant Light of the Christ Consciousness is available.  Call it down not only to Earth but also to all creatures of Earth.  Let us together rise up from the darkness and cold and spring into the warmth and life force of the Sun.

Everyone could use some lightness and joy feeling once more the golden rays of hope. Perhaps, that is why we have the bright yellow daffodils appearing as one of our first flowers of spring. This is the season to lift our vision higher and cultivate anew a true faith, peace and love.  To feel renewed, we must dig deeper and plant a strong and lasting awareness in the heart and mind.

Each of us has within the same light as the Sun.  As we grow in the Light, we do not diminish; we expand.    This is a time of growth.  We are God’s seed.  Let us together burst our shell of darkness and be free on wings of light.  Yes, sometimes it feels as if we are being crucified.  It is in those moments of change and pain that we must rely on the power of the Divine within to lift us to greater heights.

If we lack Divine Love in our hearts, Wisdom cannot come. Call on the Sun within allowing it to nurture, strengthen, direct, and heal. It is then that we blossom displaying our true majesty and beauty.  Celebrating in this moment and the possibility of a genuine rebirth has been with humanity since the beginning.  It is similar to remembering the warmth of God’s Heart.

To understand the power within and rebirth, we, too, must live and rise in the Light as light.  Pure Love lifts our consciousness and we finally accept our true Self as spirit-light in form.  May the return of the Power and Presence of this magical time of the year fill you with gratitude, hope, abundance and joy.

A TIME TRAVEL MEMORY

It was late at night.  In fact, I had just finished offering a class and meditation workshop.  The people had left except for a tall dark handsome man who I had never met before.  We had planned via a phone conversation a few days prior to our meeting for me to ‘try’ a special breathing technique while safely zipped inside my sleeping bag lying on the floor.  You see, I do not suggest or offer a technique to students if I haven’t tried it myself.    I was to do a particular breath for approximately an hour and fifteen minutes.  There was no preparation nor were affirmations stated during the suggested time period.  He did have some non descript music playing in the background.  In other words, the music was not to be the power or influence behind any experience that I may or may not have.

I had asked in meditation for a tool to give to others so they could have a firsthand experience regarding the continuity of life.  I did feel somewhat self-conscious being alone with a stranger in a darkened and rented facility but I have a trusting nature.  Time passed quickly as well as the strangeness of the situation.  It was my responsibility to stay with the particular breath he had taught me.  It didn’t seem that long and all of a sudden I became extremely hot and uncomfortable.  Even though my physical body was overheated, I was also aware of simultaneously being in another body standing barefoot in the sand.  My bare feet were burning; the Sun was beating down on me as I stared at the Great Pyramid.  I was literally in Egypt.  Then all of a sudden something even more unusual happened.  A very loud voice boomed across the desert, “I Am Ra!”  The experience was so unexpected and startling that my physical body sat up and unzipped the sleeping bag and climbed out surprising the stranger sitting next to me monitoring the hour of breath.  When I explained to him what had happened, he said he had never heard of such an experience before.

Frankly, I wasn’t surprised.  In fact, nothing surprises me.   Since a child I have had a fascination for Egypt, would paint with oil on a large canvass scenes depicting ancient Egyptian life.  I also have had recall of other past lives and locations. I’ve even had memories of living in more subtle body than the physical bodies we use today.  The one that I had in experiencing the sacred breath was fascinating because it involved all the senses.  I actually experienced traveling back in time to Amenhotep IV, Akhenaten, and the emphasis on the Ra, the Sun God.  During the flight back in time all my senses both in the physical and subtle bodies of light were active.  The radiance of the Sun and the majesty of the power of the pyramid were as stunning as the booming voice echoing throughout space. 

I mention this for one reason only.  For years, I have offered a monthly Sacred Healing Breath Workshop.  The intention is to trigger the subconscious and help participants heal on multiple levels.  People attend by choice and understand they are in a safe and sacred environment.  I do wish to mention that time travel does not require using the sacred breath technique. I mention the experience because it was an answer to a prayer I had offered as to how could I further help people experience hidden and exquisite parts of their history that were now ready to be known by them.

I have periodically time traveled with very little preparation.  I am fully aware of what is going on with my physical vehicle as well as the light form used for travel.   In other words, I am never in a trance but fully aware of being in a physical body and experiencing another body simultaneously.  In my case, it isn’t a requirement to be in a meditative state to be conscious of both the physical and subtle body of light. I shared this bit of information last night at our monthly Sacred Healing Breath Workshop. I am not suggesting to you or those who participated last night that they will have similar experiences involving their higher identity.  Each experiences according to his readiness.

No two workshops are identical.  I mention the workshop and the breath because it is a sacred door that opens parts of the subconscious that have been consciously hidden.  Frequently, a participant will experience a physical healing because the sacred breath releases an ancient image that no longer serves a purpose. The sublime energy is healing on multiple levels.  It is very effective in helping a participant rediscover his own immortal Self.  Perhaps, one day you will join us.

BECOME LIKE THE SUN

Many of us are frequently deprived of the visibility and warmth of the sun due to our physical location.  Yet, we can continue to bring life, warmth and light to others through our awakening consciousness. A great spiritual teacher, Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov urged his students to use the sun as their example. When we learn how to connect with the Sun, the center of our solar system, we reinforce our connection with our spirit, the center of our own being.

Meditation at Sunrise

Meditating at dawn, in the living presence of the rising sun, is the method Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov urged all disciples to practice; it lies at the heart of his teaching.
He gave it the name ‘Surya Yoga’ from the Sanskrit, ‘Yoga of the Sun’ and it is practiced at all brotherhood centers between the Spring and the Autumn equinoxes.

By concentrating all our thoughts and forces on the sun, the center of our solar system, we gradually reinforce our connection with our spirit, the center of our own being. In this way a bridge is formed between our higher and lower natures allowing paths of communication to be established.
The rays of the sun and the ‘prana’ that is present in the air at sunrise are able to renew and transform us.

‘Each morning, when you go to the sunrise, think of nothing but renewing yourself. Leave everything else to one side, everything that is old and moldy, so you can once and for all receive this new life and enter into communication with that great current coming from the heart of the universe. In springtime, the early morning rays send you all the energies and stimulus you need for the rest of the year. Don’t let them pass you by without benefiting from them. Open yourself to these rays and allow the forces of light, joy and resurrection to pass through you.’

The following formula is one of many we have been given to use at the sunrise:
As the sun rises over the world, so may the sun of truth, freedom, immortality and Eternity, rise in my spirit.
As the sun rises above the world, so may the sun of love and immensity rise in my soul.
As the sun rises above the world, so may the sun of intelligence, light and wisdom rise in my intellect.
As the sun rises above the world, so may the sun of gentleness, kindness, joy, happiness and purity rise in my heart.
As this luminous, radiant sun rises over the world, so may the sun of strength, power, force, dynamic energy and activity rise in my will.
And as this luminous, radiant, living sun rises over the world, so may the sun of health, vitality and vigor rise in my body.
Amen. So be it, for the kingdom of God and His righteousness
Amen. So be it, for the Glory of God!

PERFECTION OF A ROSE...CHRIST

Who are you, dear one?

You are my child lost along the way

You are my light who needs rekindling

You are my own, my very own

You are.

A rose typifies the true identity of our individual essence, a spirit giving life hidden as a physical form.  It is the Rose, the Christ of self that is indeed the only true reality of an often-bleak appearance world of flesh and matter.  As humans, we search for the Holy Grail. Some weep for the blessed Family and yet, we sorrow for naught because in reality we have not lost the grail or missed the true family of awakened souls.  We have simply misunderstood in our forgetfulness.

Those of the Light speak to us of truth, as they understand, live and know it.  Humanity meanders and overlooks the exquisite beauty of self, the scent of unconditional love, the touch of holiness that lingers quietly within the bosom yet consciously is tied to the mesmeric rituals of spiritual ignorance that lead to human sorrow.  Why look for that which you already have? Why continue to feel sorrow for that which has never left you?  Why desire beauty when your own beauty is waiting to unfold?  Why lower your head and not face the Sun.  Why dear flowers of eternal nature are you so wilted and down?  Have you forgotten to nurture your living essence and feed your roots?  Why are you not tending the fragrant garden of your heart?

We tend to look at awe upon a rose forgetting our own perfection.  We long for the birth of Christ although the sublime energy is already born.  Why wait for further signs of its presence and power?  Waiting is in vain.  Why do you feel like weeping? Do you weep for that which could be? Or, do you weep for that which is to come? Perhaps, you weep for that which once was.  Do you thirst for the living waters?  Is your thirst so overwhelming that you bow your head with heavy heart and hesitate to look into the shining light of the Sun?  Why are you neglecting your higher perfection?  Why are your eyes unseeing, ears plugged and voice silenced from pain and neglect?  I will tell you from my understanding.

You once lived as the perfection of a rose.  You once were as a crystal, pure and clear.  Due to arrogance and neglect you turned away and changed to carbon.  Now, you must work as an alchemist and return to your original, clear and pure crystal state of consciousness.  The transformation may feel difficult, the journey tiresome, but in truth it is not.  You have had a great master teacher showing you how to live in balance, wisdom and love. The man, Jesus, you call a Christ, was an example of ultimate perfection in form.  He experienced the same trials and tribulations as you and I.  There was one great difference in his demonstration.  He never forgot his perfect radiant eternal nature.  He remembered his true identity as perfection alive in form.  You and I will not fully know what the return of the Christ truly is until we allow our own inner radiance to unfold as a rose.  The same qualities that he easily demonstrated, we will do likewise.  We have a choice.  We can live as radiant perfection or a stunted neglected plant starving for care and withered by the darkness of a mistaken reality.

I ask you to come walk in the Sun with me.  It is time we allow the bright rays of the inner rose to heal our sorrows and quicken our growth.  Yes, the Christ in you and the Christ of me is the same pure essence that flowered in our elder brother, Jesus.

HOW DO YOU SEEK THE GOLD?

The goal of the spirit is to expand its golden essence and merge power and radiance with the physical form. Eventually, each will become a vibrant golden being exuding a natural superiority as a living example of scientific wisdom and unconditional love.  This is our destiny.  A friend shared the following inspired and gentle message given to her one afternoon as she was contemplating her own spiritual growth.  It ties in sweetly with the purity of being that I will further explain.

                                                      Little Golden One

Dear Little Golden One, We watch as you quietly walk never causing a leaf to stir along the path yet, you are creating great oaks along the way.  With infinite patience and loving care you freely share with others what He has shared with you.

Walk on Little Golden One; walk on for it is He who sent you to help those who do not yet realize they too have the gift of love and light that is available to all.

He encourages you Little Golden One to share hope and freedom with the dear ones who yet sleep.  He has chosen you but he also has sent many others to walk with you.  Walk on Little Golden One, walk on with the lightness of purity and know that you will once again merge with the Infinite, all encompassing beauty of completeness.  Walk on…

This simple intuitive message gave my friend the encouragement to continue sharing her understanding realizing that there are many of us who resonate to the wisdom science.  It feels at times that we are alone.  We are not.  What more people need to understand is that to build a strong foundation requires a discerning and disciplined mind directed by a heart that loves.  This is why I suggest a plan to lay your foundation.  I like the sound of ninety days.  Nine means change and is a powerful number.  The foundation work is primarily learning to control your own mind.  You begin with your mind and body by deliberately putting it in order.  This is how you test your progress.  You will be able to judge success by testing your ability to focus and stay on target.  I am talking about bringing the radiant light into your thoughts, words and actions.  Walking the talk…

The science is using your light regardless of what you are doing or wherever you happen to be.  Situations will constantly present themselves.  You may question this process if you have not yet awakened the spiritual senses and light does not show itself to you.  Remember, everything is the light of God.  Your mind is light.  Use it as a medicine, a healer, and a mirror.  Use it to change what opposes the light and the goal of your spirit.  Feel and see yourself as a Sun sending its rays impersonally on anything or anyone.  Accept that you already have power that is to be used through the spiritual senses.  As you train your mind to use the golden light, your physical senses will be transformed by true essence.  Live deliberately.  Emptying your mind of nonsense is to be a scientist.  Allowing your spirit to be active is crystallizing spiritual light, the nectar of pure awareness.  Empty your mind and body of that which is not clean.  This is how you build your foundation.

THE VISITORS

There is so much love around us.  Open your eyes to it.  Divine love lives within the heart and has no boundaries.  Allow it to flow.  Learn to love Self completely and Light responds.  Godliness, divine love, is our true nature. It is also the nature of beings that we do not normally see.  Take time to sit in meditative silence and welcome the divine within to makes its essence known.  Talk to it and give thanks.  Be conscious of it as a constant companion.  Open a crack in your mind and heart and unsought manifestations will squeeze through.

One morning, I was in a Yoga class at a friend’s home.  I found myself going into a deep and inexpressible meditative experience.  It was a vision I recognized and have experienced periodically through the years where I am consciously and energetically connected to a pyramidal energy that extends far out into the universe.  The ecstasy and the liveliness of the radiant light usually lasts about sixty minutes.  I excused myself from the small class and went and sat in my friend’s living room expectant and filled with awe and love.  The room quickly became radiant with such wondrous light and power.  It felt like I was no longer in a house built by man but rather lifted to a heavenly sphere of endless beauty.

The waves of divine love energy were so intense that I wept intermittently for some time.  A thought came to me to ask whomever or whatever it was sending this indescribable magnificence to come closer so I could hopefully identify it.  The thought was fleeting but it did immediately attract the presence of very large golden chariot carrying three tall exquisite beings of such majesty and wonder that I cannot possibly do them justice in this recitation.  There was one great being in the center that reminded me of the brilliancy of our physical Sun.

Experience is the true teacher.  The golden chariot manifesting through the wall of my friend’s home is visible proof that we are watched and loved.  It is a funny thing about the higher love. It does not ‘show’ itself until we are ready.  There is a connection, a brotherhood between the unseen and the seen.  It is more typical for a human to seek life on other physical planets than it is to understand and accept that a ‘higher’ life also exists in our midst when we allow ourselves to raise our vibration and tune into it.  I feel this higher nature is an expression of the ‘son’ of God of us.  We remain a ‘son’ of man until we wake up our divine love nature.  Perhaps, instead of writing the word as son it needs to be written as sun.

As a child, I always felt somewhat detached from physical life.  Imprisoned in flesh was similar to watching a play.  There are many people on earth who have similar feelings.  It is like being here one moment and somewhere else the next.  Perhaps, this is what living between two worlds means.  It was much later in life that I was able to understand the significance of ‘other worldly’ experiences that felt both loving and natural.

In the past, I always seemed to be waiting for the human part to catch up with what I felt to be true within.  So much of what I have experienced has been as a lone traveler.  Times have changed and openness is peeking through here and there.  Other realities are being understood and discussed freely and that which was thought of as esoteric or mysterious can now be discussed.

Spirit is our true nature.  Love is spirit in its purest activity.  I have often gone out on a limb, so to speak, with absolute trust as a result of the intuitive thoughts that I receive.  I could have fallen flat on my face.  I never have.  When we have pure intent, the higher vibratory beings and energy support us.  Sometimes appearances such as the chariot, unexplained actions and prophetic words are questionable but Spirit is always the victor.  We are not alone.
