WHAT HAPPENED TO MY FAITH?

People often ask me where or how I developed faith.  I cannot really answer that.  Perhaps, somewhere in the long ago past I made a choice to be aware.  Observing humanity, it appears as if a bond between Heaven and Earth has broken or ruptured many souls from a genuine connection referred to as the power of faith.   There is a huge difference between reason and spiritual realization.  Many of us have been severely abused, misjudged, scorned, ignored, deceived, raped and even have had the life almost choked out of us.  Yet, here we stand, our faith stronger than ever.

I know as a fact that we can recover what sometimes feels as a lost spiritual anchorage because the bond is only concealed and not lost. We really do not know the power of our faith unless we meet a serious challenge head on with absolute trust.  I have found that trust and openness to the Divine is true power.  The mind and body can overcome any sense of isolation, alienation, fragmentation of incompleteness when we have genuine faith.

When a life threatening situation occurred in my own body years ago, I made a decision. This particular challenge was in the area of bodily health.  Putting ego aside, the opinions of others and the doubts and fears that typically cripple an opportunity to heal, I made a choice.  The choice was not to seek medical emergency help.  Instead, I went back to bed although it was mid-morning and surrendered my physical life to the Divine.  I had had no training in spirituality but somewhere within consciousness I knew I was not separated from Source.  As a result of my conscious decision, the entirety of what I am was fully healed within one hour.  This action was a turning point in my life.  I am not suggesting that you make the same choice as I did in a similar medical situation.  My choice is simply one example out of thousands.

Where the confidence of faith came from I cannot explain.  In all probability, I gained sacred knowledge somewhere in a long ago past and in that current moment of decisiveness and pain, I reconnected to my own true and spiritual nature.  The faith that awakened within me became a powerful presence of light for the suffering that came later.  At different points in our journey, we are given opportunities to resurrect our true self.  Just because we have faith it does not mean the 'dark' side of life avoids us. 

Offering healing energy to others and an intimate understanding and sharing of the divine Light became my response to physical life.  There are many others like myself who view the world as a sanctuary and hold a genuine reverence for life and the cosmos as a whole.  And...most of you quietly live your life as I have.  We do our best to treat each other according to what both we and they can potentially become: divine lights uplifting ourselves and helping others to heal, to integrate, to become reverential.  Although we have experienced a  'second birth', we understand we are not a finished product.  Spiritual realization is a state of mind and heart, an awakened consciousness.

What happened through the many dark moments was an increase in faith. I'm writing this for you who desire to be a part of the movement to manifest on the material plane peace, harmony, love, joy, justice and a genuine understanding.  We are not alone.  Thought is an active, powerful force that will effect our evolution. Be confident, expand your faith by getting up and taking action.  Remember, there is a gigantic network, a community of beings in the invisible realms, who derive great joy in helping us.  Let us link our light and unite for the purpose of regenerating the human race.  Faith will help us do it for the sheer joy of doing it.

GHOSTS IN THE HOUSE

I love a good laugh.  Sometimes the cause of our joy is created by a situation that feels totally out of this world.  This incident occurred during the month of February several years ago.  Outside the weather was cold and the snow piled high.  A dining room ceiling fan and light combination was not working right.  I mentioned the fixture to an upstairs neighbor.  He said that he knew quite a bit about electricity and would gladly take the time to see if he could repair the fixture.  I don’t know what he did except the results were really bad.  There was an unusual sound, sparks flew and all the electricity was blown out in one half of my unit including the furnace.

Being the first week in February and snow on the ground didn’t help the situation.   The neighbor told me he had a friend who knew something about electrical matters and would call him.  It didn’t take long and the other man showed up and inspected the situation.  I could hear the two muttering between them and figured they didn’t have a clue as to what was the cause of the blowout.  My neighbor said that they were going out for coffee and a sandwich and at the same time try and reach another friend who was a legitimate electrician.  

I’m alone in a house that is now cold thinking how the night was soon approaching and the inconvenience in not having electricity in half of the condo or a furnace to warm me. Having lived with the power of prayer and some idea of the scrupulous laws and forces of God’s wonder-works, I began to think about using prayer to ‘heal’ the lack of light and warmth in the condo.  I’ve called upon the light to avert car crashes, bring visible light into a darkened place, keep a car running until it reaches a gas station, finding my way out of potentially dangerous situations, quieting a thunder storm, keeping my body dry as I ran through wind and rain, levitating a baby falling down a home staircase, turning off something boiling on the stove when I am an hour away from the premises, fixing a broken computer and much more.

I learned earlier in life that when we are in divine attunement with God and have a specific response we are asking for, God-Source activates the manifesting power of the Creative Vibration.  Long before Western science recognized the vibratory essence of matter, the rishis of ancient India spoke of the whole spectrum of nature as an objectification of Aum, the Primal Sound or Vibratory Word.  They showed that all natural phenomena could be controlled by the manipulation of vibration through the use of certain mantras or chants.  Perhaps, you have read how the American Indians developed effective sound rituals for rain and wind.  Tan Sen, the great Hindu musician, was able to quench fire by the power of his song.  There are historical documents that speak of a mantra that instantly caused a whole palace precinct to become enveloped in darkness.

We were created to be lord over nature, and the forces of nature in turn work together to serve life.  What is more common in catching our attention is how man negates his lordship by faulty, self-serving stewardship of his earthly environment.  I understood that our thoughts and actions set up vibrations knowingly and unknowingly.  The calamitous effects of floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, and all other natural disasters are results of the cumulative evil actions and thoughts of earth’s human beings.  Our country seems to always be engaged in a war somewhere on the planet.  The evil of war creates tremendous vibrations that unbalance the forces of nature and release unrestrained energy.   I believe that the climate changes that are occurring and will continue to occur are the direct result of the collective consciousness of humanity.  We are constantly creating whether we are conscious of this fact or not.  

The more we become master of our senses, sublimating the evil vibrations within caused by spiritual ignorance and negligence, the greater is the God-given power latent in each soul.  We can command nature and also view the apparent disorder behind appearances.  Knowing this, I decided to do something about a very inconvenient drama happening in my home.  Determined not to spend the night without heat or electricity, I stood up and commanded that whatever was the cause of this major disturbance be immediately eliminated and everything return to normal.  What was going on with the electricity was an unpredictable extreme and a great inconvenience.  Earlier in life, I was given a power word, which represents the presence of God.  This word was and is to be used in emergency situations.  Every material and physical form has an astral counterpart. I wanted to reach both the seen and unseen aspects of the problem.  Using the Word and commanding the electricity to obey, I said what was needed and then preceded to call my mother and simply wait for a higher power to take control of the situation.

It didn’t take long. About five minutes later all of a sudden the lights turned on, the furnace was activated and everything was running normally.  I shared what I had done to activate the correcting energy in my home with mom and hung up the phone to answer the doorbell.
In walked the two friends and a third, their electrician friend.  The three men stood inside the entrance shocked to hear the furnace and see the lights on.  Of course, they wanted to know what happened.  I simply said that prayer took care of the unpleasant inconvenience.  I kid you not.  Fear shown on their faces.  One man kept saying over and over again, “You have ghosts in your house”.  The electrician said that the man above my unit must have corrected something in his unit that triggered the electricity in my unit to activate.  I explained to the three that each unit is separate and has no link to any other unit in the building.  Also, the man on the second floor was at work.  There was another man who brought light and warmth into the situation…the ‘Man Upstairs’.  We easily handle unpredictable extremes if we are aligned with the Light no matter what the situation.  Perhaps, the temporary inconvenience was simply a demonstration for the benefit of the three men.  Whatever the cause behind the drama, it raised the curtain of imagination whether it is called a ghost or something else.  What the men experienced will certainly be retained in memory and hopefully at some point in their spiritual journey be fully understood.

AGE, OPINIONS AND THE MEDICAL PROFESSION

I am sitting here talking to you and crying at the same time.  I just heard from a woman I’ve never met regarding the mistreatment of her eight-eight year old father currently in a Chicago hospital.  One moment the doctors are saying he needs kidney dialysis and the next day they say he doesn’t.  They refer to him as having dementia when he was fine until they gave him some pills that are messing with his thinking process.  His daughter has tried to get the doctors to listen to the possibility that it is very likely that he is having an allergic reaction to one or more of the medications.  He was clear minded prior to entering the hospital.  She is also upset by the fact that both the nurses and doctors keep talking about the age factor implying that he is old, why bother, and behaving as if they want to forget about trying to restore any form of balance to his body. They are giving signals and suggesting that the daughter put him into a nursing home and allow him to vanquish.  On top of that, the nurses and doctors don’t look directly at her dad when discussing his treatment.  They ignore him and only look at family members.   I have had seniors mention this rude habit to me over the years.  The elderly feel ignored as if they are a non-entity.  Feelings are ignored.  Frankly, more people are convinced that the medical profession habitually offers opinions and are basically ignorant regarding effective methods to heal the body.  Forget the mind and soul…this area is forgotten.

I have heard that it is not like this in Europe and many other countries.  I hope my understanding is correct.  I began to do a remote ‘treatment’ for the eight-eight year old.  His daughter is determined to help him heal.  The wife of her dad is extremely negative the majority of the time.  This could be why the father has a hearing loss yet he hears his daughter clearly.  We do assume weaknesses to shut out what we do not wish to see, hear and feel.  If that is a strong part of his hearing loss, it can be corrected as well.  Another one who could use a healing is his wife who does not believe in healing of body, mind and soul. Having a constant negative person nearby is damaging to everyone concerned. The daughter mentioned her dad has serious stomach issues.  Of course, the issues remind me of the statement, “I can’t stomach that!”  The mind has everything to do with cause and the effects that manifest in the body. There are many dear people who live in harsh environments where they are continually bombarded by negative energy.  It is difficult to divorce your entire family particularly if you wait until you are aged and not a position of power.  Death is always an escape.

I plan to support the daughter and her deep love for her father.  Already, his numbers are better and his mind clear.  Whether they changed the medications, the daughter did not know.

As I remotely focused on the father yesterday, tears filled my eyes.  I was not crying for him but for his daughter.  She has a strong faith and determination regarding her father’s healing.  When the father was asked if he wanted to live, he replied that he would like to live another ten years.  I feel I partly had tears regarding his words because the conscious mind may desire one thing to happen and the subconscious or the soul another.  Also, some people respond to the choice of continuing their physical life because they have no knowledge regarding the afterlife and fear death.  The daughter asked me several times if the Holy Spirit would want him to live.  As I understand it, the power and the presence of divine energy does not interfere with individual will.  If the one who is sick does not seek to remain in the body from his soul level, he will not get well or simply get well for a limited time period.

The one I am more concerned about is the daughter.  Looking at this situation from various levels; the question arises as to what will happen to the daughter’s faith if everything doesn’t go exactly the way she wants it to go.  Will she assume God doesn’t love her or the dad?  It would be very helpful if people had more knowledge about the subject of the mind and how it affects healing.  Basically, healing boils down to our inner desires and viewpoints.  In a couple of weeks, I will share more information regarding this heartbreaking drama.

WE HAVE THE POWER

Early in life,  I experienced a dramatic physical, emotional and mental healing alone in my room.  Although I’ve participated in countless ‘miracles’ since 1971 to present day, I’ve always assumed the healing power was solely activated, doing its mysterious transforming work, from the without.  What I mean is…I would mentally call on the Holy Spirit, the Divine Feminine Creative Power, to take care of an issue whether it be for me or someone else.  The Power is also ‘called’ to fix what we refer to as inanimate objects such as a car or furnace.   The Holy Spirit always comes through with flying colors.  I can with a certainty depend on its love as action.

As years and more healing experiences happened, I realized that  ‘miracles’ manifested not only as a direct result of a complete trust in the authority, power and love of the Holy Spirit and luminous beings who enjoy assisting humans, my own spiritual light-consciousness had a great deal of influence in manifesting what was asked for.  This is a big step for those of us who have been taught that we need a mediator. Accompanied by great feelings, I understand that the very power that I call on lives as you and me.  It also lives as my cat and every body else. It lives in degrees according to a conscious awareness, acceptance and use of its power and presence.  It is our destiny to enlarge the power, the Source of our life, through faith, understanding and taking action. 

This sounds so simple and it is.  Obviously, programmed humans believe that the power solely lives outside of them.  It is both outside and inside.   Our hearts and minds can consciously and deliberately with authority direct the power of radiant light through thought, word and deed.  Faith is the first requisite.  It is an intelligent and loving power that emanates from the consciousness of an awakened mind. The power is both seen and felt.   We are mistakenly taught that healing, God’s goodness, miracles and mysterious happenings come from outside of our personal energy. Either we are children of the Source or we are not.  Being programmed by parents and teachers of religion, we have accepted their opinions instead of the word and experience of those who have mastered matter.  To master matter is to attain the awareness, understanding and confidence that will naturally create what is needed for good purposes.  The great Impersonal and the personal are one and the same.  It is not the work of a ‘devil’ or manipulator unless the intention falls far short of love and pure intention.  Since what we repeatedly give through mind returns to us, anything less than purity will find a way to eventually correct itself.  If you or someone else has the ‘gift’ of healing, know that it is a natural byproduct of your consciousness.  Faith creates what appears as a healing miracle.   In the days to come, I will share many firsthand experiences in the area of healing involving other people and self.  Some of the results will surprise you.

                                                       AN AFFIRMATION OF FAITH

I am becoming humanly what I am spiritually

My body is a temple for my soul

It is my church, perfect in its wholeness

I am the priest and my heart is the alter

My life is one of love and service toward life

I am becoming humanly what I am spiritually

I recognize that it is I who transforms the physical nature into spiritual strength through thought and desire

I recognize that there exists universal harmony and I am an integral part of the Whole

I accept loving grace, wisdom and compassion as my reality and thus my physical body becomes a sacred temple for the spirit of love to dwell

In humility and gratitude I behold my mind and body as perfect form energized by the light of truth

I am becoming humanly what I am spiritually

In trust and faith I live knowing the love of our Creator

As I walk in the newness of life, I offer my soul, mind and body to a grander frequency of spirit awareness

As I grow stronger each day basking in Purity and Presence, I offer my heartfelt gratitude for the unceasing blessings

I truly know that God is All-Embracing Love and thus we are destined to be humanly what we are spiritually

SURRENDER

I have come to the conclusion that many of us who have accomplished a visible-tangible correction healing involved with the physical body have chosen to handle it in a scientific way.  A goal is determined and deliberate steps are taken to achieve that goal.  The steps include making a decision to change something that is unbalanced.  It is understood that behind matter is energy and that every created 'thing' was first imagined in the realm of mind and directed by the power of light. It is light energy that holds matter together.  Understanding this process is one way to acknowledge that determined thought deliberately guiding light energy can actually move and restore matter into a balanced state.  This sounds cold and dry but is actually a fact.  The process is simply another form of science and the science is the use of wisdom.

At the same time, a complete transformation of something dis-eased or distorted can be totally corrected through love and faith, which are a warmer form of science.  There are no limits to what can be accomplished in matter because matter can be manipulated.  Everything that I share is the result of firsthand experiences.  What began my journey in the realm of wisdom science, which is often referred to as miracles, is a choice that I made on my own body.  I had had surgery on my lower abdomen.  A week later, I began to experience pain, a high fever, swelling in the area of the six inch long stitches and red streaks marking the skin.  A very serious infection had developed that needed to be reopened, cleansed and sealed again.  It was morning.  I had just fed the baby his 10:00 AM feeding.  I knew an ambulance should be called.  Instead, I went back to bed and surrendered my life to a higher power.  My favorite name for the power is the Holy Spirit.

I obviously fell unconscious as I lay alone in bed.  An hour passed.  When I regained consciousness, the pain, swelling, red streaks and fever were gone.  In its place were two openings placed neatly at each end of the six inches of stitches.  The infection had drained.  In wonder, I got up, found rubbing alcohol, cleaned the incision and slapped on a very large bandage.  A firm decision coupled with faith took care of an emergency situation.  I am not recommending you do likewise in an emergency.  Evidently, I had the 'right' state of mind nurtured by an unswerving love for the Holy Spirit and surrender to a higher Power worked for me.  The dramatic choice and the subsequent result changed my life forever.
